DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a logistics coordinator who will be a key person in coordinating processes and ensuring that everything gets to the right place at the right time. Place of work: warehouse in Lučko, Zagreb.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach to work
* Precision and attention to detail when working with documentation and inventory
* Ability to manage tasks and priorities independently
* Good computer skills, including MS Office, especially Excel; experience working in ERP systems is an advantage
* Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or administration is an advantage
* Category B driving license
* Willingness to occasionally deliver and transport goods
* Team spirit and willingness to cooperate with colleagues, suppliers, and delivery services
* Ability to quickly solve unexpected situations and make decisions under time pressure
* Basic knowledge of English for communication with partners and working with documentation, if needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Order processing
* Packing orders
* Shipment tracking
* Communication with delivery services
* Organizing transport
* Picking up and delivering goods from local suppliers
* Inventory tracking
* Receiving goods
* Entering goods into the system
* Product labeling
* Tracking consumable materials
* Performing business-related deliveries and transport as needed, such as photoshoots, events, and similar
* Transporting part of the order to the showroom in Ilica 1–2 times per week
* Managing inventory in the inventory system
* Maintaining accurate and organized warehouse records
* Cooperation with other departments to ensure timely delivery and availability of goods
