In this fundemental role, the Production Coordinator will have an understanding of the production process, along with the desire to further expand their knowledge and skills. Working within a dynamic team, the successful candidate will help ensure that all collections are delivered on time and to a high standard.

The successful candidate must have the ability to work both autonomously and within a team, with a high level of organisation and the ability to work efficiently. Our ideal candidate will have an interest in fashion, ideally having completed studies in Fashion Design or similar, and have atleast 2 years of experience in a similar role.

This role is based in Zagreb at our Head Office.

Manage and Coordinate critical paths within the production department, maintaining this across all vendors and orders.
Creating and sending all purchase orders across all products.
Assisting with the pricing and setup of new styles.
Assist with quality control checks when new collections arrive.
Daily communications with suppliers to ensure the production is running smoothly and deadlines are being met.
Set up and maintain production trackers.
Maintain existing supplier relations and build new ones.
Problem solving with production issues, offering solutions and negotiating outcomes.
Ability to work across 2 brands - LUNILOU and IZAKOVA.

Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
Ability to meet all deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong proven skills across Microsoft suite, especially in excel.
Enthusiastic approach to work with the desire to learn.
Understanding and knowledge of garment construction and production processes.
2 years experience in a similar role.
Ideally a degree in Fashion or something similar.
